Returns
Bath Hardware - Restocking - 25%
No unauthorized returns will be accepted with an RGA Number. (Return Goods Authorization Number) this number MUST BE provided by our company. Only after we provide this number can credit be given to you. There will be no refunds issued on products which have been subject to misuse, improper application or installation, or altered products. All returned items must be in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received. Customers have 25 days to contact us for arranging returns and to receive an RGA number.Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,Credit/Debit cards, as well as checks and money orders. Use of a credit card will result in faster order time. We do not take credit card orders via the Internet, but we do take them by phone or fax. We believe this adds a higher level of security to the web site and also helps us make sure that your order is shipped correctly.
No returns accepted after 90 days except for manufacturing defects. All returns must first be approved by Door Hardware Direct.Questions?
